The Portable Kitchens team has supplied a complete kitchen facility to University College Hospital Galway (UCHG). This temporary catering facility will accommodate meal preparation for the hospitals patients, staff and visitors.
From the very early planning stages of the project, Portable Kitchens worked closely with the hospitals catering provider, Aramark, to understand their specific requirements and to ensure that the temporary structure met their high standards.
The facility comprises of a fully open plan production kitchen with separate cold room storage, dry storage and potwash areas. Catering staff also have access to a changing area and toilet facilities within the temporary site.
